Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception or front-desk experience is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service experience will be considered and trained if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-in/out, appointments, and payments.
• Update patient records using practice management software and coordinate client communications.
• Support team with scheduling, referrals, and client inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front-desk environment and a positive atmosphere.
