Qualifications

• Weekend work availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads opening and closing procedures per manager and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, credit card payments and accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices and conducts timely re-calls.
• Backups computer system as directed.
• Posts daily business and greets clients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergencies with care following clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
