Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, sign in and escort to exam rooms.
• Process payments and schedule future appointments.
• Answer calls for appointments, inquiries, refills and reminders.
• Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab tests and veterinary terms.
• Help maintain a clean, organized front desk to ensure a positive client experience.
