Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system and in-person client interactions; Pulse software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional client experiences and serve as the welcoming face of the urgent care hospital.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow; coordinate calendars.
• Handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions with calm, professional service.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide clients with information about services and options in stressful situations.
