First State Urgent Vet – Wilmington is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to act as the welcoming face of our urgent care hospital. In this fast-paced setting, you will manage appointments, handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services with calm, compassionate communication.

The role is full-time with a 4x10 schedule, Monday–Sunday shifts, and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Veterinary reception/front-desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone system and assist clients in person.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Process payments and maintain financial records.
• Provide information about services with empathy and clarity.
