In this full-time role, you will handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the veterinary team so clinicians can focus on medicine. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift options include 10-hour days with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service
• Communicate clearly and warmly with clients in person and by phone
• Navigate digital scheduling and patient records software
• Provide compassionate support during emotional visits
