Magic Valley Veterinary Hospital in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments, and support daily patient flow in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling multi-line phones, processing payments, and providing compassionate service in routine and emotionally

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients; strong verbal and written communication; ability to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and emotionally sensitive situations
