Bayshore Animal Hospital in Warrenton, OR is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments and daily patient flow, answer multi-line phones, and process transactions with care and professionalism. The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-focused customer service environment.

This full-time role offers a 4/10 schedule with Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
