Back Cove Animal Hospital in Portland, ME, is seeking an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 5-doctor team in a modern, paper-less facility. You will welcome clients and their pets, manage phones and emails, schedule appointments, and process payments while upholding the highest standards of patient care and service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a veterinary hospital, a positive attitude, and strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and computer proficiency.
• Ideal candidate has at least 2-years of experience working in a veterinary hospital.
• Applicants should expect a flexible schedule and be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
