Broken Arrow Veterinary Hospital in the United States is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage front desk operations and deliver an outstanding client experience. You will handle scheduling, records, cash handling, and communications while supporting doctors and staff in a fast-paced clinic. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and practice procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area, and exam rooms tidy and professional.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules clinic appointments adhering to Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and maintains records.
• Sends client correspondence and reminders; follows up with clients as needed.
• Backs up computer system and posts daily business activities.
• Greet clients and patients warmly for an excellent visit experience.
• Answers calls with proper etiquette; provides medications and take-home items.
• Handles emergencies calmly and in accordance with clinic policies.
