Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital in Sacramento, CA, is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person interactions, while delivering compassionate service.

You will handle transactions, process payments, and provide clients with information about services. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with 8-hour shifts, Sunday through Thursday, and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare‑related experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi‑phone line system while assisting in‑person clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
