Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or client-facing role.
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency managing multi-line phone systems and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Covetrus Pulse, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow; coordinate calendars.
• Handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions; process payments.
