Pet Menders Animal Hospital in Boulder, CO is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, daily patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person interactions while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Covertrus Pulse.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
