PetVet Care Centers’ MetroWest Veterinary Clinic in Orlando, FL is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join the team. This role provides essential front-desk and client-care support in a high-volume veterinary hospital, handling scheduling, billing, and product inquiries with compassion for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
• 1 year of front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments.
• Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products.
• Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
