Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors at the front desk, offering comfort options as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of patient status, doctor assignments, and visit progress.
• Create accurate patient charts with essential records and contact information.
• Handle financial transactions including deposits, payments, and credit options, understanding hospital billing.
• Perform opening/closing routines at front desk to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Route emails and faxes to correct hospital departments and professionals.
• Schedule appointments following doctor guidelines and transfer radiographs as needed.
• Provide compassionate support during euthanasia and arrange final care options.
• Coordinate prescription refills with doctor approval and document conversations in patient files.
• Keep front desk and lobby tidy; support hospital administration as needed.
