Laurel Pet Hospital in West Hollywood, CA is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our team. You will manage appointments, greet clients, answer multi-line phones, and help clients with information about services for dogs, cats, pocket pets and pigs.

This full-time role offers a 4 x 10 schedule, weekend availability, competitive hourly pay of $22–$24, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of veterinary reception experience
• Experience with front-desk tasks in a veterinary or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and using practice management software, especially ImproMed

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments and daily patient flow
• Answer multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide information about services for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and pigs
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth front desk operations
