Job summary

Innovetive PetCare in Belton, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our veterinary team. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, collect medical history, and support the doctors and technicians.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, weekend availability, ability to lift 30-50 pounds, and at least 1 year of veterinary medicine experience.

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients.
• Process invoices payments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history.
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests.
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments.
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
• Accurately input data into computer software.
