Responsibilities include processing payments, inputting records, and assisting with immunization and treatment coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.
• At least 1 year of veterinary medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients.
• Process invoices/payments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical history.
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests.
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on arrival and treatments.
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and OTC products as instructed by a veterinarian.
• Accurately input data into computer software.
