Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience in medical, dental, urgent care, veterinary, or high-volume settings
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and conflict resolution
• Experience with appointments, multi-line phones, data entry, and payment processing/POS
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients at the front desk, collect intake information, confirm appointments
• Answer multi-line phone system, direct calls, and schedule services
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule future appointments
• Provide composed and compassionate service to anxious or distressed clients
• Enter data accurately and maintain records in the practice management system
• Communicate with clinical staff to relay messages and support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
