Job summary

Broken Arrow Veterinary Hospital in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience at the front desk and over the phone.

You will handle reception, appointment scheduling, patient records, and cash transactions while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor and accurate data entry. Weekend availability and prior veterinary office experience are preferred to support our busy practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Weekend availability as required.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager guidance.
• Maintains clean, presentable front desk and waiting areas.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments and manages client workflows.
• Updates client/patient files and sends correspondence.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Handles emergency situations following clinic policies.
