Job summary

Southside Veterinary Clinic in Bixby, OK is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint. You will manage front-desk duties, appointments, medical record updates, and cash handling while supporting doctors and the practice team.

This full-time CSR role requires weekend availability and a friendly, patient demeanor. Prior veterinary or customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on accurate record-keeping and outstanding client

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and professional interaction with doctors, teammates, clients and patients.
• Team coordination with the Doctors and practice staff; timely feedback and action.
• Clear communication of instructions to clients and teammates.
• Active listening to understand needs of doctors and clients.
• Organized handling of labs, meds, instructions, workflow and records.
• Commitment to client satisfaction in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager and procedures.
• Maintains clean and presentable public areas including front desk and waiting areas.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules clinic appointments per Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Generates and sends reminder notices; calls back clients from lists.
• Performs backups of the computer system as directed.
• Posts daily business activities and records as required.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Present medications, instructions, and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergency situations per clinic policies with care.
• Addresses client concerns calmly to ensure satisfaction.
