Paws & Claws Pet Medical Center in Troutdale, OR is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to greet clients and manage appointments, phone calls, and daily patient flow. The role emphasizes compassionate service, accuracy, and teamwork to support our veterinary team.

Formación

• Front-desk or receptionist experience in veterinary or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization and time management; works well in a team.
• Maintains professionalism and solution-oriented attitude during busy periods.
