Lovet Pet Health Care in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Client Relations Specialist (Front Desk Receptionist) for our growing animal hospital. You will greet clients, update records, process payments, and help connect clients with the right team members.

We value a friendly, compassionate demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and basic office skills such as typing and phone etiquette. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and pets.
• Basic office skills including typing and filing.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and maintain a calm, compassionate demeanor.
• Answer questions and refer to team members as needed.
• Update patient records and process payments.
• Retrieve prescriptions and assist with pet supplies and grooming purchases.
• Maintain the front lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
