Lovet Pet Health Care in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Client Relations Specialist (Front Desk Receptionist) to welcome clients and manage front desk operations. The role offers an hourly wage of $17 to $21.50 and includes hands-on training and mentorship.

You will update patient records, handle payments, assist with purchases, and ensure a clean lobby while delivering compassionate service to pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to update patient records and process payments.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and convey a calm, compassionate demeanor.
• Answer questions or refer to other team members as needed.
• Update patient records accurately.
• Collect and process payments.
• Retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases.
