Job summary

Lovet Pet Health Care is hiring a Client Relations Specialist (Front Desk Receptionist) to join our Arizona animal hospital. You’ll be the first and last face clients see, greeting pets and their families with warmth and compassion.

You’ll handle questions, assist with payments, update records, retrieve prescriptions, and help with pet supplies in a supportive team environment across our Lovet network. Schedule: Friday–Monday.

Qualifications

• Greeting patients and clients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answer questions or refer to a team member when needed.
• Comfort with basic payments and transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and clients at the front desk.
• Answer questions and refer to appropriate team member.
• Update patient records.
• Process payments.
• Retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist with pet supply and grooming purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized front lobby.
