Qualifications

• Weekend availability may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE are practiced.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures per Manager instructions.
• Maintain front desk and waiting area cleanliness.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments.
• Schedule appointments following Doctor preferences.
• Update client/patient files and correspondence.
• Send reminders and conduct timely recall calls.
• Back up computer system as directed.
• Post daily business activities.
• Greet clients and ensure a warm, friendly visit.
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette.
