Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Solon, OH, is seeking a receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited veterinary team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and coordinate appointments while handling payments to keep the hospital running smoothly.

You will educate clients on preventive care, contribute to a compassionate environment, and collaborate with a growing network of clinics. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
