Rarebreed Veterinary Partners in Vienna, VA seeks a Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the first friendly face for clients and patients. You will greet clients, manage files, and guide pet parents through care moments at the busy front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CSR/receptionist experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy office.
• Team player with compassion for pets and owners.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system quickly, professionally, and with a smile.
• Warmly greet clients and prepare patient files.
• Manage client correspondence and keep financial records up to date.
• Answer basic animal care questions and explain routine procedures.
• Educate clients on over-the-counter products like flea and tick prevention.
• Admit patients and handle medical records accurately.
• Prepare invoices and handle payment transactions.
• Relay phone, fax, and email messages promptly and accurately.
