Veterinary Surgical Centers (VSC) in Vienna, VA, seeks a friendly Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and patients. The role involves front desk duties, appointment coordination, and basic pet-care guidance in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience as a veterinary receptionist/CSR, with a calm demeanor and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system quickly, professionally, and with a smile in your voice
• Warmly greet clients and prepare patient files
• Manage client correspondence and keep financial records up to date
• Answer basic animal care questions and explain routine procedures
• Educate clients on over-the-counter products like flea and tick prevention
• Admit patients and handle medical records accurately
• Prepare invoices and handle payment transactions
• Relay phone, fax, and email messages promptly and accurately

WHAT YOU'LL DO
