Job summary

Moreland Animal Hospital in Moreland, GA is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice. You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle multi-line phones, and support clients with information about our services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and in-person client handling.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, preferably Shepherd.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
