Moreland Animal Hospital in Moreland, GA is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments and patient flow, answer multi-line phones, process transactions, and provide essential information about our services.

The role offers a flexible full-time schedule (5/8, Monday–Friday, no weekends) with compensation $18–$22 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Preferred veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience.
• Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and in-person client assistance.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Shepherd.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Compassionate, professional service for routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and team collaboration during busy periods.
