Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and restraint techniques.
• Experience with pet grooming, dog training, or kennel management is a plus.

• Strong animal handling skills across dogs and horses.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with veterinary staff regarding critical care procedures like animal catheterization or laboratory testing.
• Manage phone inquiries, providing information about services, appointments, or pet health questions confidently.
• Ensure compliance with animal anatomy knowledge during client education or when assisting veterinary staff with restraint or treatment procedures.
