Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly Receptionist for The Downtown Veterinarian in Indianapolis, IN. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and support care coordination with compassion for animals and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy, treating every pet like your own.
