Canine Country Club and Wellness Center in Dallas seeks a friendly receptionist to be the first and last contact for clients and their pets. You will provide outstanding client service, manage scheduling, payments, and communications, and support veterinary staff with accurate information.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to assist the team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to assist staff and work as a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and pets with enthusiasm.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally; screen and route calls.
• Proficient in our veterinary practice-management software.
• Receive and transmit emails and social media messages.
• Take and deliver accurate messages to staff promptly.
• Document discussion details in medical records.
• Coordinate with doctors and technical staff for medical care.
• Explain services and answer client questions thoroughly.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Handle payments and end-of-day finances.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception areas.
• Collect intake paperwork and signatures.
• Coordinate care and reservations between Ranch Retreat and Dallas facility.
