Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role in medical, dental, veterinary, urgent care, or high-volume service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, data entry, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients at the front desk professionally.
• Answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule future visits.
• Provide calm, compassionate service to distressed clients and anxious pets.
• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records in the practice management system.
• Communicate with clinical staff to relay messages and support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and waiting area.
