Job summary

Petroglyph Animal Hospital in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, handling calls, emails, scheduling, and payments in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You’ll thrive on helping families, stay organized, and learn quickly while supporting a busy urgent care clinic.

This full-time role requires three 10-hour shifts Monday through Wednesday with occasional weekend coverage to ensure exceptional

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, in person and on the phone.

• Schedule appointments using multiple computer platforms.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, estimates, and payment processing.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Help create a welcoming, organized hospital experience.
