National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is hiring a Customer Service Representative for ABQ Petcare Hospital in Albuquerque. You will be the first contact for clients, support the medical team, schedule visits, and ensure a welcoming experience for pets and owners.

The role requires veterinary clinic experience, good communication, and a customer‑first mindset. This is open to full‑ or part‑time candidates with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
• Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in person and over the phone.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
• Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies.
• Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Triage incoming calls, e-mails, and messages.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients.
• Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
