ABQ Petcare Hospital in Albuquerque, NM seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming, organized clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting.
• Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services.
• Bilingual is a plus - not required.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals.
• Emotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Pay: The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
