Job summary

Mission Pet Health in North Texas is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited clinic in Keller, TX. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage multi-line calls, schedule appointments and help keep medical records organized.

We value compassionate care, clear communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work some weekends and holidays. Experience with veterinary software is preferred; training and growth opportunities are available within our supportive network.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and love for animals.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset; able to work independently or with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software; flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone system, greet clients with compassion, reflect care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Provide a calming, empathetic presence and treat each pet with care.
