Job summary

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and pets at the front desk.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and update records.
• Process payments and handle client transactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks: filing, data entry, stocking, scanning.
• Support kennel and boarding staff with dog walking, feeding, check-in/check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
