Job summary

Mission Pet Health, supporting Livewell Animal Urgent Care of East Nashville, is seeking a Receptionist to be the Director of First Impressions. You will greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.

You’ll coordinate care with the team, maintain medical records and appointment schedules, and help educate clients about preventive care and hospital services.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and animals.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player with ability to work independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred; weekend/holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with warmth, and reflect compassionate care.
