Job summary

Dublin Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Front-Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients. You will set the tone for visits, greet clients and their pets, and assist with appointments and payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with animals is required in a veterinary setting (animal hospital, kennel, daycare, grooming facility or similar).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, confirm appointment details, and escort to exam rooms.
• Ensure accurate service and product sales and process payments.
• Answer calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, and follow-ups; schedule reminders.
• Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab terms, and common veterinary terminology.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
