Qualifications

• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role with emergency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team, ensuring they have the tools and support they need.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
