Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician required in the state of practice.
• 5+ years in clinical veterinary nursing; 2+ years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team and provide tools/support.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding/offboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on goals and flow.
• Lead with VEG values and mentor staff to develop professionally.
