VEG is seeking a Nursing Manager in Greenville, SC to lead our veterinary nursing team with emphasis on compassionate care and medical excellence. You will guide daily operations and patient flow to support superior emergency services.

This role focuses on mentorship, scheduling, policy adherence, and collaboration with hospital leadership to maintain high-quality care and a positive workplace for VEGgies.

Competenze

• Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) in the state of the VEG practice.
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role; emergency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with strong odors.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team with tools and support.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
• Partner with hospital leadership to align on goals and flow.
• Lead with VEG values and promote learning with in-house training and mentorship.
• Ensure licensure, performance standards, and education programs.
• Drive 1:1s, check-ins, and student mentorship for career growth.
