Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) in Asheville, NC seeks a Veterinary Clinical Staff Manager to lead the hospital's support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and VEG standards. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical veterinary technician or similar clinical role.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Must be enrolled in a Credentialing Support Program (CSP) and able to become a Credentialed Veterinary Technician within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the hospital's support staff across shifts.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, learning, and high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement VEG-wide initiatives.
• Address staff concerns and resolve interpersonal conflicts to protect workflow.
