Job summary

Zoetis Diagnostics is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to provide onsite support for veterinary clinics, labs, and academic settings across Puerto Rico. You will lead installation validation, training, and operational support for Zoetis diagnostic products, aiming to optimize adoption and value.

You will travel extensively (up to 90% of the work week) within the territory, collaborate with ABM/DSC teams, and work to improve workflows and diagnostic utilization while ensuring excellent

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sale installation support and training to accelerate adoption.
• Execute onboarding across point-of-care diagnostics and related offerings.
• Identify workflow pain points and design improvements to increase utilization.
• Respond to onsite support requests and coordinate escalation for complex issues.
• Use territory tools to balance urgent needs with planned visits.
• Drive utilization and value-based recommendations for consumables and services.
• Generate and route qualified leads for analyzers and reference lab opportunities.
• Tailor messaging to align customer needs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with field partners to protect customer base and support initiatives.
• Work with ABM and DSC to provide customer service as a team.
