The role requires extensive travel across PR, up to 90% of the work week, and close collaboration with ABM and DSC teams to identify opportunities for growth and issuance of value-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Degree from Veterinary Technology Program preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sale installation support and training to accelerate adoption.
• Onboard clinics across point-of-care diagnostics and Zoetis DX/Virtual Lab offerings.
• Identify workflow pain points and implement improvements for better utilization.
• Respond to on-site technical support requests and coordinate escalation.
• Balance urgent needs with planned visits using territory tools.
• Drive utilization by recommending consumables and services.
• Generate leads for analyzers and reference lab opportunities.
• Collaborate with ABM and DSC to service customers and pursue initiatives.
