Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to lead territory growth in the Madison, WI area. You will promote Ref Lab services, IHD, imaging, and telemedicine offerings, working with Equipment Specialists and regional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals with veterinary practices. Travel up to 85% is expected, with a supportive team and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience; veterinary diagnostics preferred.
• Proven track record of prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; team oriented; consultative sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce; ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create territory plans and conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls to hospitals and veterinarians to meet growth targets.
• Grow Diagnostic revenue across Reference Lab, imaging, and In-house Diagnostics.
• Advance sales to contract closure while following sales operations process.
• Create quarterly sales plans to achieve goals and align with compensation.
• Provide product education, training, and service to staff and veterinarians.
