Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Science (MT or MLT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of general clinical laboratory supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities in veterinary diagnostic laboratories and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Supervise staff, assign work and evaluate results.
• Lead development of budgets, policies and procedures.
• Provide technical direction and supervise laboratory personnel.
• Maintain quality and safety programs and monitor training.
